Tim Budavov is a Financial Analyst for the Hunter Havericak Hotel Group. He assists the team with market research, detailed analysis of profit loss statements, STR reports and other documents critical for both assessing value and the marketing process. He is instrumental in preparation of Opinions of Value, marketing materials and contributes directly to the Team’s management of all stages of the continuum. Tim is an alumnus of Florida Atlantic University with a degree in Finance.
