Since joining the firm, Mr. Havericak has become well-versed in hospitality transactions and trends. He has a well-developed skill set of contract negotiation and sales experience, which helps investors achieve their financial goals. Mr. Havericak possesses an analytical and practical approach to working with hotel owners to facilitate their desired economic goals, in the acquisition and disposition of hotel assets. His careful attention to emerging trends and intimate understanding of the hospitality market provide owners with the most valuable, up-to-date market information. Mr. Havericak primarily focuses his business on midscale to upper-midscale hotel assets located in the Midwest and has successfully completed transactions in seven states as a lead agent.
