Robert S. Hunter is a Senior Vice President of Investments and a Senior Director of the Marcus & Millichap's Hospitality Division. He joined the firm as an agent in 2009 and joined the Hospitality Division in 2014. Robert has successfully brokered hotels in 13 states as a lead agent. As team lead, he has helped establish a culture of hard work without sacrificing the high standard for the level of service on every assignment. Robert takes pride in his ability to manage a structured process that consistently yields competing out-of-area offers through broad exposure and aggressive grass roots marketing. With an emphasis on organization, accountability and persistence, Robert is dedicated to being an effective resource who is able to consistently drive value for sellers.
