Marcus & Millichap Negotiates the Sale of Clarion Pointe Columbus-Bradley Park $4.4M

Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research, and advisory services, announced today the sale of Clarion Pointe Columbus-Bradley Park, a 65-room hospitality property located in Columbus, Georgia. According to Ryan Nee, regional manager of the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. The 2.37-acre hotel property sold for $4,400,000.

McLean Hicklin, Robert S. Hunter, and Raj Patel, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Lauderdale office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a limited liability company, was procured by Hicklin, Hunter, and Patel. John Leonard, broker of record in Georgia, assisted in closing this transaction.

“As the hospitality market sector continues to strengthen, it bodes well for the future that this deal went as smoothly as it did with every single party involved in the transaction,” said Hicklin, senior associate.

Clarion Pointe Columbus-Bradley Park is located at 1664 Rollins Way in Columbus, Georgia. The hotel is a 2007-build, three-story property surrounded by national retailers and restaurants, near two major thoroughfares, Interstate 185 and US Highway 80. Clarion Pointe Columbus-Bradley Park was converted and renovated in 2018-2019.

On-site amenities include a business center, fitness center, and indoor pool. It is within one mile of Panera Bread, Publix Super Market, The Fresh Market, GNC, and other national retailers.
