The asset sold for more than $150,000 per room.

Hicklin and Robert Hunter of Marcus & Millichap, in association with Charles Gallagher, the firm’s broker of record in North Carolina, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Sahas Hospitality, and procured the buyer, HIE Marion, LLC.
Located at 279 Kadire Drive, the four-story hotel sits on a 2.91-acre lot. The property totals 42,671 square feet and was built in 2019. Amenities include an outdoor pool, a business center, meeting room and a fitness center.
The property is directly off Interstate 40, between Charlotte and Asheville. It is close to the Blue Ridge Parkway, McDowell Technical Community College, Mission Hospital McDowell and Lake James State Park.
