Hunter Havericak Hotel Group of Marcus & Millichap has been exclusively retained to offer for sale the fee simple interest in the 439-room Lord Baltimore located in downtown Baltimore, Maryland, proximate to Inner Harbor, the City’s most well-known tourist attraction. The hotel is a 24-story high-rise built in 1928 and extensively renovated in 2015. Until May 2024, the hotel had a master account with Morgan State University that provided roughly $2,900,000 in room revenue between Jan-May and Sept-Dec each year.
