The hotel is a three-story metal frame property built in 2000. It was originally built as a Hampton Inn and then converted to Fairfield Inn in 2020, around the time the new Hampton Inn opened. Operations have been temporarily impacted by ongoing Highway 211 widening, which is scheduled for completion in 2026, presenting significant upside for a new owner.
