Joshua R. Miaskowski is a Lead Financial Analyst & Team Coordinator for the Hunter Havericak Hotel Group. He assists the team by analyzing financial information, conducting industry research, recording data, and creating digital Broker Opinion of Value and Offering Memorandum presentations. Joshua also coordinates the Transactions and Marketing for the team with digital marketing, media relations, graphic design, and direct mail. Since he began with the team in 2020, this experience has led him to develop exceptional expertise in underwriting and market analysis within the hospitality industry. Joshua is an alumnus of the Florida State University with a dual major in Finance and Real Estate.
